早期预警干预在重症手足口病患儿治疗中的应用效果分析

• 【摘要】目的    探讨早期预警干预在重症手足口病患儿治疗中的效果。方法    选取2016年 5月至2018年10月江苏省徐州市儿童医院收治的重症手足口病患儿98例，应用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组，各49例。对照组接受常规干预；观察组接受早期预警干预，包括组建预警干预小组、监测患儿生命体征、加强对患儿的日常干预和心理指导。比较2组的口腔溃疡愈合效果、临床干预质量评分、患儿症状消退时间、发热消退时间及住院时间。结果    观察组干预后口腔溃疡愈合总有效率高于对照组［89.8%(44/49)比71.4%（35/49）］，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；病情观察、重症预警、降温干预与生活干预评分均高于对照组；患儿症状消退时间、发热消退时间及住院时间均短于对照组［(4.6±0.8)d比（6.8±1.5）d、(2.0±0.5)d比（3.4±0.6）d、(6.4±1.1)d比（8.3±1.2）d］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论    早期预警干预可显著改善重症手足口病患儿口腔溃疡愈合效果，提高临床干预质量评分，并有效缩短患儿症状消退时间、发热消退时间及住院时间。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To explore the effect of early warning intervention on the clinical treatment of severe hand, foot and mouth disease in children. Methods    Ninety-eight children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease admitted to Xuzhou Children′s Hospital, Jiangsu Province from May 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine measures. The observation group was treated with early warning intervention measures, including the establishment of early warning intervention team, monitoring vital signs of children, strengthening daily care and mental counseling. Healing effect on oral ulcer, quality of clinical intervention score, symptoms relieving time, defervescence time and hospitalization time were analyzed. Results    The total effective rate of oral ulcer healing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group［89.8%(44/49) vs 71.4%(35/49)］(P<0.05). The observation group had higher scores of disease observation, early warning for intensive care, defervescence and life intervention, shorter symptoms relieving time, defervescence time and hospitalization time as compare with the control group［(4.6±0.8)d vs (6.8±1.5)d, (2.0±0.5)d vs (3.4±0.6)d, (6.4±1.1)d vs (8.3±1.2)d］(all P<0.05). Conclusion    Early warning intervention treating children with severe hand, foot and mouth disease can significantly improve the healing effect on oral ulcer and the quality of clinical intervention, shorten the time of symptoms recovery, defervescence and hospitalization.
