• 【摘要】自发性颅内低压（SIH)是一种由自发性脑脊液漏导致并以体位性头痛为特点的神经系统性疾病。SIH的诊断主要根据患者的临床症状，结合脑脊液压力测定、影像学表现等进行综合判断，而有研究显示近50%的SIH患者的脑脊液压力正常，因此影像检查成为SIH诊断的主要方法之一。SIH的治疗方法主要包括保守治疗、硬膜外血液补片治疗、手术治疗等，影像诊断对于硬膜外血液补片的靶向治疗同样具有重要作用。本文就SIH的影像诊断与临床治疗研究进展进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Spontaneous intracranial hypotension(SIH) is a neurological disease characterized by spontaneous cerebrospinal fluid leakage and orthostatic headache. Diagnosis of SIH is mainly based on clinical symptoms, cerebrospinal pressure measurement and imaging examination. Studies revealed that nearly 50% of SIH patients have normal cerebrospinal pressure and therefore imaging becomes the principal diagnostic method. Treatments for SIH mainly include conservative treatment, epidural blood patch and surgical treatment, etc. Imaging diagnosis also plays an important role in the targeted treatment of epidural blood patch. This article reviewed the research progress in imaging diagnosis and clinical treatment of SIH.
