• 【摘要】大量研究证实异常表达的长链非编码RNA（lncRNA）调控肿瘤增殖、侵袭转移、耐药等恶性生物学行为，并且与癌肿临床病理学特征及患者预后密切相关。肿瘤易感候选基因11（CASC11）作为一种新发现的lncRNA，已被发现在胃癌、肝癌、膀胱癌等恶性肿瘤中异常表达，并通过多种机制调控肿瘤的发生发展。此外，CASC11作为生物学标志物在肿瘤诊断、靶向治疗及预后评估等方面具有潜在的临床应用价值。本文对CASC11在恶性肿瘤中的调控作用及其机制进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Abnormal expression of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is associated with tumor cell proliferation, invasion, metastasis and drug resistance, and affects the clinicopathologic features and prognosis of patients, which have been proved by a great deal of researches. Cancer susceptibility candidate 11(CASC11) is a newfound lncRNA that abnormally expresses in gastric cancer, hepatocellular cancer, bladder cancer and other malignancies, and regulates tumorigenesis and progression through various mechanisms. Moreover, CASC11 may be regarded as a promising biomarker with potential clinical values in early diagnosis, targeted therapy and prognosis prediction for tumor patients. This article summarized the regulatory effect and underlying mechanisms of CASC11 on malignant tumors.
