• 【摘要】传统中药注射剂是一种创新的速效剂型，在急性、重症疾病的临床治疗中起着重要作用。一些中药注射剂已经成为治疗某些疾病的首选药物，如呼吸道感染、心血管疾病、肿瘤等。本文通过对清热解毒类中药注射剂在治疗呼吸系统感染的作用机制和临床应用进行概述，阐明了中药注射剂的快速作用、广谱优势以及在现代卫生保健水平上的重要地位和价值，为临床决策提供更有力的证据。

• 【Abstract】Traditional Chinese medicine injection is an innovative quick-acting form of agents and it has become an important therapeutic choice in clinical treatment of acute and severe diseases, such as respiratory infection, cardiovascular diseases and tumors. This paper summarized the mechanisms and clinical application of antifebrile and detoxifying types of traditional Chinese medicine injection in treatment of respiratory infection, expounded the rapid and wide curative effect and the important status and values of traditional Chinese medicine injection in modern health care, providing evidences for clinical decision-making.
