• 【摘要】钠-葡萄糖共转运蛋白2抑制剂(SGLT2i)是一种新型口服降糖药物，其作用机制是抑制肾小管近端钠-葡萄糖重吸收，促进尿糖排泄，从而降低血糖浓度。目前，国内外临床研究积累了大量SGLT2i临床应用有效性和安全性的数据。该类药物能有效降低糖化血红蛋白，且低血糖风险低，还可减轻体质量、降低血压，具有良好的安全性和耐受性。心血管结局试验亦证明，SGLT2i能降低心血管事件和终末期肾脏疾病风险。合理使用SGLT2i可确保给2型糖尿病患者带来最大获益。

• 【Abstract】Sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 inhibitor(SGLT2i) is a novel oral anti-diabetes drug with a unique mechanism of action by inhibiting renal glucose re-absorption and increasing uric glucose excretion. Its efficacy on lowering glycosylated hemoglobin, body weight and blood pressure, good safety and tolerance, low risk of hypoglycemia have been proved by large sample data from domestic and international clinical researches. Cardiovascular outcome trails suggested that SGLT2i could reduce cardiovascular events and end stage renal disease risk. It is necessary to rationally use SGLT2i in clinical practice and as a result it will provide more benefit for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
