• 【摘要】线粒体疾病是由氧化呼吸链功能和三磷酸腺苷代谢障碍引起的疾病，其引起的难治性癫发作通常给予除丙戊酸钠外的传统抗癫药物进行治疗，但在用药选择上有着很大的限制性。生酮饮食是一种针对难治性癫，尤其是氧化呼吸链复合体Ⅰ缺陷引起难治性癫的有效治疗方式。对生酮饮食神经保护作用进行研究有助于改善线粒体疾病引起的难治性癫以及其他神经退行性疾病的治疗效果。

• 【Abstract】Mitochondrial disease originates from dysfunction of oxidative respiratory chain and adenosine triphosphate metabolism. Refractory epilepsy caused by mitochondrial disease is usually treated with traditional antiepileptic drugs other than valproate, but there are great limitations in the choice of drugs. Ketogenic diet is an effective treatment for refractory epilepsy, especially for the deficiency of oxidative respiratory chain complex Ⅰ. Studies focused on the neuroprotective effect of ketogenic diet can help to improve the therapeutic effect on refractory epilepsy and other neurodegenerative disorders caused by mitochondrial disease.
