• 【摘要】锌是机体不可或缺的微量元素，生理状态下其始终处于一定区域和浓度范围的动态平衡，即锌稳态。维持锌稳态具有重要生理作用，锌稳态失衡与包括高血压在内的多种心血管疾病密切相关。锌的生物学效应是目前的研究热点，阐明锌稳态与高血压发生发展的关系具有重要意义。然而目前临床常见多发的高血压疾病与锌稳态之间的因果关系并不十分明确。本文结合作者所在课题组的前期研究阐述了锌及锌稳态的重要作用，总结了高血压与锌稳态的有关研究，并探讨了二者之间的关系。

• 【Abstract】Zinc is an indispensable trace element in the body. Under physiological state, zinc homeostasis is always in a dynamic balance of a certain region and concentration range, which plays an critical physiological role. Imbalance of zinc homeostasis is closely related to various cardiovascular diseases including hypertension. Zinc biology is a research hotspot at present. It is of great significance to elucidate the relation of zinc homeostasis with the pathogenesis and development of hypertension. However, the causal relationship between zinc homeostasis and hypertension is not clear yet. Based on the previous researches of the author′s research group, this paper expounded the important roles of zinc and zinc homeostasis, summarized related studies on hypertension and zinc homeostasis, and discussed the relationship between them.
