建国70年来我国先天性心脏病诊治回顾与进展

• 【摘要】我国是人口大国，是世界上先天性心脏病发病率较高的国家之一，每年约有30多万先天性心脏病患儿出生，为出生缺陷首位，其中约80%需要手术治疗，是5岁以下儿童死亡最主要原因之一。建国70年来，先天性心脏病诊治水平有了巨大的进步，疗效稳步提高；政府的医疗保险政策、大病统筹、国家救助及慈善组织的支持，使得更多先天性心脏病患儿得到救治；先天性心脏病三级防治的开展，使先天性心脏病能够及早发现、适时治疗，提高我国出生人口质量。经过几代人、多个心脏中心的共同努力，目前我国的先天性心脏病诊治已走向世界前列。

• 【Abstract】China is a populous country and one of the countries with high incidence of congenital heart disease(CHD). Every year more than 300 000 children with CHD are born, which is the first birth defect, and about 80% of them require surgery. CHD is one of the leading causes of death in children under 5 years old. Since the founding of the People′s Republic of China, great progress has been made in diagnosis and treatment of CHD and the curative effect has been steadily improved in the past 70 years. With the support by the government′s health insurance policy, major illness co-ordination, state aid programs and charitable organizations, large numbers of CHD children receive seasonable treatments. The development of three-level prevention and treatment measures promotes early detection and reasonable treatment of CHD and improves the quality of new-born population in China. Through the efforts of several generations from various clinical centers, the diagnosis and treatment of CHD is moving toward the forefront of the world.
