• 【摘要】肝癌合并门静脉癌栓的发病率较高、预后差，现有的一线治疗索拉非尼收效甚微。越来越多的证据表明，标准治疗索拉非尼的替代方案如外科切除、肝动脉栓塞化疗、放射治疗等可能改善肝癌合并门静脉癌栓患者的生存率；而两种或多种治疗方案联合的多学科治疗模式可能进一步提高患者生活质量并延长生存期。因此，本文对近年来涉及肝癌合并门静脉癌栓多学科联合治疗的相关研究进行综述，以探索更个体化的治疗模式。

• 【Abstract】Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) has substantial morbidity and poor prognosis, especially when combined with portal vein tumor thrombus(PVTT). Sorafenib, which is the first-line treatment choice for advanced HCC, can get little survival benefit. There is increasing evidence that alternative treatments such as surgical resection, transcatheter arterial chemoembolization and radiotherapy may improve the survival of patients with HCC and PVTT. Multidisciplinary treatment may further improve the quality of life and prolong survival. This article summarized recent studies involving multidisciplinary treatment for HCC with PVTT to explore the reasonable personalized treatment strategy.
