• 【摘要】原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤是一种少见的甲状腺恶性肿瘤，与桥本甲状腺炎密切相关。常见临床表现为甲状腺突然的无痛性肿大及相关压迫症状，需要快速准确诊断。外科手术干预对于发生呼吸道梗阻的甲状腺淋巴瘤患者极其重要，解除梗阻症状的同时获得准确的病理分型。利妥昔单抗联合化疗和局部放疗的多模式治疗可提高患者总体生存率。

• 【Abstract】Primary thyroid lymphoma is a rare thyroid malignancy, which is closely related with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis. Common clinical manifestations are sudden painless enlargement of thyroid gland and compression symptoms requiring urgent and accurate diagnosis. Surgical intervention is extremely necessary for patients with respiratory tract obstruction in thyroid lymphoma; accurate pathological reports can be obtained while relieving obstructive symptoms through surgery. Rituximab combined with chemotherapy and local radiotherapy can improve the overall survival.
