• 【摘要】急性脑梗死是神经系统常见疾病，该病的发病率、致残率、致死率极高，目前抗血小板治疗已成为急性脑梗死患者的必要治疗措施，然而如何使用抗血小板聚集药物，其剂量、时机、时限仍存在许多争议，因此我们对近年来常用抗血小板药物阿司匹林和氯吡格雷在急性脑梗死临床治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Acute cerebral infarction is a common disease of nervous system with extremely high morbidity, disability and mortality. Anti-platelet therapy has become an essential treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction. However, there are still many disputes about the dosage, timing and time limit of anti-platelet aggregation drugs. This article reviewed the present advances of aspirin and clopidogrel in the clinical treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
