维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的治疗进展

• 【摘要】血液透析已成为终末期肾衰竭患者进行替代治疗的主要方式，随着血液净化技术的不断提高及对维持性血液透析患者钙磷代谢的研究深入，高磷血症越来越受到血液净化工作者的重视，如何采用切实有效的办法控制患者高磷血症是摆在血液净化工作者面前的重要课题。提高血液净化工作者、患者及患者家属对高磷血症的认识，加强对患者及家属的健康教育，选择合适的降磷药物、最佳的血液净化方式和甲状旁腺手术将会提高高磷血症患者达标率。本文拟就维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的诊治做一综述。

• 【Abstract】Hemodialysis is an important therapy for end-stage renal failure. With the improvement of blood purification technology and the study of calcium and phosphorus metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients, hyperphosphatemia was attached to more attention by clinicians and needed practical and effective countermeasures. Improving the awareness and health education of hyperphosphatemia, choosing appropriate phosphorus-lowering drugs, blood purification and parathyroid surgery will improve serum phosphorus level in patients with hyperphosphatemia. This article reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of hyperphosphatemia in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.
