• 【摘要】冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病是我国心血管疾病患者死亡的首位原因，主要的治疗方法是经皮冠状动脉介入，但手术治疗风险、手术并发症、术后血管再狭窄、药物不良反应以及治疗费用等诸多因素使越来越多的患者出现焦虑、抑郁，这些心理问题不仅影响患者的生存质量，还增加了主要不良心血管事件（心血管死亡、需要住院治疗的心肌梗死、心力衰竭以及卒中等）的发生率。本文旨在对经皮冠状动脉介入术后共患焦虑、抑郁患者的流行病学特征、影响因素、临床表现及治疗方法进行综述。

• 【Abstract】Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the first cause of death of cardiovascular diseases in China. Percutaneous coronary intervention is effective but the risk, complications, postoperative restenosis, adverse reactions and cost may cause anxiety or depression. Emotion problems not only affect the survival quality of patients but also aggravate the major adverse cardiovascular events such as cardiovascular death, myocardial infarction, heart failure and cerebral stroke. This paper reviewed the epidemiological characteristics, influence factors, clinical manifestation and intervention methods for anxiety and depression after percutaneous coronary intervention.
