• 【摘要】本文通过文献检索的方法对蒙药森登-4汤的历史渊源、化学成分、药理作用、标准化研究等进行归纳和总结，并针对性提出该方药目前存在的问题及下一步的研究思路。森登-4汤是常用蒙药制剂，历史悠久，其组方单味药物的化学成分、药理作用等已有一定的研究，但复方研究较少，缺乏可控的质量标准和药理、药效、毒理研究。标准化、高速化、信息化的检测手段与质量控制研究是未来发展的方向和趋势。对其进行标准化研究、药理药效学研究和规范化临床研究可为开发一种质量稳定、疗效可靠、毒副作用少、服用方便的新蒙药森登-4汤奠定坚实的基础。

• 【Abstract】Historical origin, chemical compositions, pharmacological actions and standardization researches of Mongolian medicine Sendeng-4 decoction were summarized; existing problems and further research ideas were pointed out in this paper. Sendeng-4 decoction is a commonly used Mongolian medicine preparation with a long history. Chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of single drugs in the prescription have been noted by many researchers, but the compound prescription is still under investigation due to the lack of controllable quality standards and few pharmacology, efficacy and toxicology evidences. Researches based on standardized scheme, high-speed test facilities, informationization process and quality control methods are needed. We hope that a kind of Sendeng-4 decoction with stable quality, reliable curative effect, less toxic and side effect will be developed through standardized study, pharmacodynamic research and clinical trails.
