  • 【摘要】目的    探讨依达拉奉联合软通道引流术对高血压脑出血患者脑血管功能与血清炎症因子水平的影响。方法    选取2016年12月至2017年12月在河北省邯郸市第一医院住院治疗的高血压脑出血患者200例,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者行软通道引流术治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合依达拉奉治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、治疗前后脑血管功能指标和血清炎症因子水平,记录药物不良反应发生情况。结果    观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组[84.0%(84/100)比67.0%(67/100)],差异有统计学意义(P=0.003)。治疗后,2组患者的脑血管平均流速、平均流量均明显增加,且观察组水平明显高于对照组[(20.3±1.9)cm/s比(17.7±1.6)cm/s、(17.7±3.7)ml/s比(15.7±1.6)ml/s],脑血管周围阻力、动态阻力均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组[(1 357±199)kPa/m比(1 542±147)kPa/m、(318±31)kPa/m比(357±22)kPa/m],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者血清白细胞介素6、肿瘤坏死因子α及C反应蛋白水平均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。本研究2组患者均未出现不良反应。结论    依达拉奉联合软通道引流术治疗高血压脑出血临床效果显著,可明显改善患者脑血管功能,降低血清炎症因子水平,且安全性较高。

  • 【Abstract】Objective    To investigate the effect of edaravone combined with soft channel drainage on cerebrovascular function and serum inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods    Totally 200 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled from December 2016 to December 2017 in Handan First Hospital. The patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with soft channel drainage; the observation group was treated with edaravone combined with soft channel drainage. Clinical efficacy, cerebrovascular function indexes, serum inflammatory factors and adverse drug reactions were analyzed. Results    Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[84.0%(84/100) vs 67.0%(67/100)](P=0.003). After treatment, cerebral vascular flow rate and flow volume significantly increased in both groups; cerebral vascular flow rate and flow volume in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group[(20.3±1.9)cm/s vs (17.7±1.6)cm/s, (17.7±3.7)ml/s vs (15.7±1.6)ml/s](all P<0.05). Peripheral resistance and dynamic resistance of cerebral vessels significantly reduced after treatment and these values in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[(1 357±199)kPa/m vs (1 542±147)kPa/m, (318±31)kPa/m vs (357±22)kPa/m](all P<0.05). After treatment, levels of serum interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α and C-reactive protein significantly decreased in both groups; the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). No adverse drug reaction was observed. Conclusions    Edaravone combined with soft channel drainage is effective in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Improvements of cerebral vascular function and serum inflammatory factors are significant and there is no severe adverse reaction.
