结直肠癌肝转移诊疗的研究进展

• 【摘要】结直肠癌是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤。结直肠癌肝转移治疗历来都是临床医生关心的问题，有效的治疗及干预能在很大程度上延长患者生存时间，改善预后。结直肠癌肝转移的治疗策略是以手术切除病灶为基础，辅助其他可靠有效的治疗方式的综合治疗策略。结直肠癌肝转移时，应根据患者具体病情选择合适的手术治疗方式和手术时机，再辅以适当的联合治疗，进一步改善患者的预后。因此现在提倡各个相关科室及经验丰富的专业组相互合作的诊疗模式，充分评估及制定个性化的诊疗策略会给患者带来最大的收益。

• 【Abstract】Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system. Liver metastasis is a serious clinical problem; effective treatments and interventions can greatly prolong the survival time and improve the prognosis of patients. Comprehensive treatments based on appropriate surgical excision methods and timing and reliable adjuvant measures are the main treatment strategies for colorectal cancer liver metastasis. Multidisciplinary team diagnosis and treatment model is recommended in clinical practice for the full assessment and individualized treatment.
