美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗心房颤动的临床效果

• 【摘要】目的    分析采用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗心房颤动的临床效果。方法    随机选取2017年3—12月山西大同大学附属医院收治的105例心房颤动患者，采用随机数字表法分为观察组（53例）和对照组（52例）。对照组在常规治疗基础上采用美托洛尔治疗；观察组在常规治疗基础上采用美托洛尔联合稳心颗粒治疗。观察2组临床效果及不良反应。结果    治疗后，观察组24 h心房颤动发作次数、持续时间、静息心率均少于对照组［（5.0±0.4）次比（9.8±0.7）次、（70±7）min比（132±17）min、（79±7）次/min比（90±9）次/min］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）；观察组左心室收缩末期内径、左心室舒张期末内径小于对照组，短轴缩短率、左心室射血分数、心排血指数、心输出量大于对照组［（43±4）mm比（48±4）mm、（49±4）mm比（54±5）mm、（28.8±2.3）%比（23.8±2.2）%、（59±4）%比（53±4）%、（2.5±0.3）L/(min·m2)比（2.0±0.2）L/(min·m2)、（96±9）ml比（82±9）ml］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组与对照组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义［9.6%（5/52）比7.5%（4/53）］（P＞0.05）。结论    对心房颤动患者使用西药美托洛尔治疗，同时辅助中药稳心颗粒，可有效改善患者心功能，稳定患者心率，减少心房颤动发作频率与持续时间。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the clinical effect of Wenxin granules combined with metoprolol on atrial fibrillation. Methods    A total of 105 patients with atrial fibrillation were enrolled from March to December 2017 in the Affiliated Hospital of Datong University. They were randomly divided into observation group(n＝53) and control group(n＝52). On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was treated with metoprolol; the observation group was treated with metoprolol plus Wenxin granules. Clinical effect and adverse reactions were observed. Results    After treatment, frequency of atrial fibrillation in 24 h, duration of atrial fibrillation and resting heart rate in the observation group were less than those in the control group［（5.0±0.4）times vs （9.8±0.7）times, （70±7）min vs （132±17）min, （79±7）times/min vs （90±9）times/min］（P＜0.05）. Left ventricular end-systolic diameter, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; fractional shortening, left ventricular ejection fraction, cardiac index and cardiac output in the observation group were higher than those in the control group［（43±4）mm vs （48±4）mm, （49±4）mm vs （54±5）mm, （28.8±2.3）% vs （23.8±2.2）%, （59±4）% vs （53±4）%, （2.5±0.3）L/(min·m2) vs （2.0±0.2）L/(min·m2), （96±9）ml vs （82±9）ml］（P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference of adverse reactions between the observation group and control group［9.6%（5/52） vs 7.5%（4/53）］（P＞0.05）. Conclusion    Metoprolol combined with Wenxin granules treating atrial fibrillation can effectively improve heart function, stabilize heart rate, reduce the frequency and duration of atrial fibrillation.
