• 【摘要】托伐普坦是一种口服有效的选择性血管加压素V2受体拮抗剂，用于治疗高容或等容性低钠血症伴心力衰竭、肝硬化、抗利尿激素分泌异常综合征。2015年托伐普坦获得欧洲药品管理局批准，用于减缓肾囊肿和肾功能不全进展。本文将对托伐普坦治疗常染色体显性遗传多囊肾的研究进展作一综述。

• 【Abstract】Tolvaptan is an effective oral vasopressin V2 receptor blocker. It is mainly used in hyponatremia with heart failure, hepatocirrhosis and syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone. In 2015, tovapitan was approved by the European Medicines Agency in the treatment of renal cyst and renal insufficiency. This paper reviewed the progress of tovapitan in the treatment of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney.
