膜联蛋白A5在结肠癌患者血清及癌组织中的表达及其意义

  • 【摘要】目的    探讨膜联蛋白A5在结肠癌患者血清及癌组织中的表达及意义。方法    选取2015年2月至2017年3月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院治疗的结肠癌患者93例(结肠癌组),另选择同期来院体检的健康者40名为对照组,采用全自动生化分析仪对2组研究对象血清膜联蛋白A5含量进行检测,并对结肠癌组织标本膜联蛋白A5的表达情况进行免疫组织化学检测,分析结肠癌患者血清与癌组织中膜联蛋白A5表达的相关性以及血清膜联蛋白A5对结肠癌的诊断价值。结果    膜联蛋白A5在不同性别、年龄和肿瘤直径患者结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);淋巴结转移患者结肠癌组织中膜联蛋白A5阳性表达率高于无淋巴结转移患者[79.3%(23/29)比48.4%(31/64)],Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者阳性表达率高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者[87.0%(40/46)比29.8%(14/47)],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结肠癌组血清膜联蛋白A5水平高于对照组[(0.18±0.04)μg/L比(0.16±0.05)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(t=2.904,P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中膜联蛋白A5阳性表达患者54例,阴性表达39例,膜联蛋白A5阳性表达者血清膜联蛋白A5水平高于阴性表达者[(0.215±0.044)μg/L比(0.180±0.021)μg/L],差异有统计学意义(t=4.599,P<0.05)。结肠癌患者血清膜联蛋白A5与结肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.312,P<0.05)。血清膜联蛋白A5为0.148 μg/L时,诊断结肠癌的敏感度为83.9%,特异度为57.5%。结论    结肠癌患者癌组织膜联蛋白A5表达与临床病理学指标有一定的关系;血清膜联蛋白A5含量与癌组织中膜联蛋白A5表达相关,具有一定的诊断价值。

  • 【Abstract】Objective    To investigate the expression and significance of annexin A5 in serum and tumor tissue in patients with colon cancer. Methods    From February 2015 to March 2017, 93 patients with colon cancer and 40 healthy people were enrolled at People′s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Serum content of annexin A5 was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Expression of annexin A5 in tumor tissue was detected by immunohistochemistry. The diagnostic value of annexin A5 was analyzed. Results    There was no significant difference of the expression rate of annexin A5 in tumor tissue among groups of different sex, age and tumor diameters(P>0.05). Expression rate of annexin A5 in tumor tissue in patients with lymphatic metastasis was higher than that in patients without metastasis[79.3%(23/29) vs 48.4%(31/64)](P<0.05). Expression rate of annexin A5 in tumor tissue in stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ was higher than that in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ[87.0%(40/46) vs 29.8%(14/47)](P<0.05). Serum level of annexin A5 in colon cancer patients was higher than that in healthy people[(0.18±0.04)μg/L vs (0.16±0.05)μg/L](t=2.904, P<0.05). In colon tumor, there were 54 cases of annexin A5 positive expression and 39 cases of annexin A5 negative expression; serum level of annexin A5 in the positive expression group was higher than that in the negative expression group[(0.215±0.044)μg/L vs (0.180±0.021)μg/L](t=4.599, P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between serum level of annexin A5 and the expression in tumor tissue(r=0.312, P<0.05). The critical value of serum annexin A5 was 0.148 μg/L in diagnosis of colon cancer; the sensitivity was 83.90% and the specificity was 57.50%. Conclusions    Expression of annexin A5 in colon cancer tissue shows an association with clinical pathological manifestations. Serum content of annexin A5 is related to its expression in cancer tissue; serum level of annexin A5 shows certain diagnostic value for colon cancer.
