• 【摘要】心血管疾病主要包括心脏、冠状动脉和外周血管相关疾病，居人群死亡原因首位。心血管疾病的发生有诸多相关危险因素。成纤维细胞生长因子21（FGF-21）可能拥有保护心血管系统的潜在功能，得益于其具有改善糖脂代谢紊乱等心血管疾病高危因素的作用，但有关FGF-21在心血管疾病中的研究目前尚处于起步阶段，具体调节方式和保护机制尚不明确。本文就FGF-21与冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、高血压、心肌肥厚、心房颤动等心血管疾病的关系作一综述。

• 【Abstract】Cardiovascular diseases involve heart, coronary artery and peripheral vessels, accounting for the leading cause of death. There are many risk factors of cardiovascular diseases. Fibroblast growth factor-21(FGF-21) can improve glycolipid metabolism disorder and it may have the potential function to protect cardiovascular system. The regulation and protection mechanisms of FGF-21 in cardiovascular diseases are not clear. This paper reviewed the relation between FGF-21 and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, hypertension, myocardial hypertrophy, atrial fibrillation and other cardiovascular diseases.
