【摘要】目的 探讨辛伐他汀联合放射线照射对鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞生长的影响。方法 将鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞分为对照组、辛伐他汀(2 μmol/L)组、2 Gy放射线照射组、辛伐他汀(2 μmol/L)联合2 Gy放射线照射组,比较各组细胞增殖抑制率和克隆形成抑制率。结果 对照组、辛伐他汀组(2 μmol/L)、2 Gy放射线照射组、辛伐他汀(2 μmol/L)联合2 Gy放射线照射组细胞增殖抑制率分别为(3.7±0.9)%、(52.3±4.7)%、(56.7±2.3)%、(89.3±2.6)%,克隆形成抑制率分别为(5.3±2.0)%、(55.0±2.6)%、(62.3±3.2)%、(93.3±2.6)%。辛伐他汀(2 μmol/L)联合2 Gy放射线照射组细胞增殖抑制率和克隆形成抑制率均明显高于辛伐他汀(2 μmol/L)组和2 Gy放射线照射组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 辛伐他汀联合放射线照射能够有效抑制鼻咽癌CNE-1细胞的生长。
【Abstract】Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin combined with radiation exposure on the growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-1. Methods Nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-1 cells were divided into control group, simvastatin group(2 μmol/L), radiation(2 Gy) group and simvastatin(2 μmol/L) combined with radiation(2 Gy) group. Cell proliferation inhibition rate and clone formation inhibition rate were analyzed. Results Cell proliferation inhibition rates in control group, simvastatin group, radiation group and simvastatin combined with radiation group were (3.7±0.9)%, (52.3±4.7)%, (56.7±2.3)% and (89.3±2.6)%, respectively. Clone formation inhibition rates in the 4 groups were (5.3±2.0)%, (55.0±2.6)%, (62.3±3.2)% and (93.3±2.6)%, respectively. Inhibition rates of cell proliferation and clone formation in simvastatin combined with radiation group were significantly higher than those in simvastatin group and radiation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Simvastatin combined with radiation exposure can inhibit the growth of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-1.
