• 【摘要】目的    探讨冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病（冠心病）患者血清尿酸水平与耳垂折痕形成的关系。方法    选取2016年5月至2017年12月在西安交通大学医院就诊的冠心病患者200例，根据是否伴有耳垂折痕分为冠心病合并耳垂折痕组（100例）和冠心病无耳垂折痕组（100例）。选取同期在西安交通大学医院体检的健康者100名为正常对照组。收集相关临床资料，比较3组血清尿酸水平，使用Logistic回归方法分析冠心病患者血清尿酸水平与耳垂折痕形成的关系。结果    冠心病合并耳垂折痕组年龄明显高于冠心病无耳垂折痕组［（65±8）岁比（56±7）岁］，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。冠心病合并耳垂折痕组血清尿酸水平明显高于冠心病无耳垂折痕组和正常对照组［（467±59）μmol/L比（361±65）、（294±85）μmol/L］，正常对照组血清尿酸水平明显低于冠心病无耳垂折痕组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。血清尿酸水平升高是冠心病患者耳垂折痕形成的独立危险因素（比值比=1.084，95%置信区间：1.032~1.134，P＜0.05）。结论    冠心病合并耳垂折痕患者血清尿酸水平明显升高，血清尿酸水平升高是冠心病患者耳垂折痕形成的独立危险因素。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To investigate the relation between serum uric acid level and earlobe crease(ELC) formation in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD). Methods    A total of 200 CHD patients admitted from May 2016 to December 2017 in the Hospital of Xi′an Jiaotong University were enrolled. They were divided into ELC group(n=100) and non-ELC group(n=100). Healthy volunteers were enrolled as normal control group（n=100）. Medical information and serum uric acid level were analyzed. Results    Age of patients in ELC group was significantly higher than that in non-ELC group［（65±8）years vs （56±7）years］（P＜0.05）. Serum uric acid level in ELC group was significantly higher than that in non-ELC group and normal control group［（467±59）μmol/L vs （361±65）,（294±85）μmol/L］（P＜0.05）; serum uric acid level in normal control group was significantly lower than that in non-ELC group（P＜0.05）. Logistic regression analysis showed that elevated serum uric acid level was an independent risk factor of ELC formation（odds ratio=1.084, 95% confidence interval: 1.032-1.134, P＜0.05）. Conclusion    Serum level of uric acid is an independent risk factor of ELC in patients with CHD.
