• 【摘要】三阴性乳腺癌（TNBC）具有组织学分级高、侵袭性强、复发转移率高等特点，目前缺少特异的疗效预测及预后评估指标。多项临床研究表明在TNBC肿瘤微环境中，肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（TILs）的种类、数量及位置影响患者的临床转归，TILs有望成为TNBC疗效及预后最佳的预测指标。明确TILs的预测价值将推动其在临床实践中的应用，为TNBC患者治疗方案的选择、优化提供参考。

• 【Abstract】Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC) shows high histological grade, invasiveness and recurrence rate and there are no specific indicators for the efficacy and prognosis. Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes（TILs） are considered to be an optimal predictor of TNBC; the category, quantity and location of TILs may have influence on clinical outcomes of patients with TNBC. This paper discussed the value of TILs for curative effect prediction and prognosis evaluation of TNBC.
