布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果

• 【摘要】目的    探究布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗成人咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法    选取2015年5月至2017年5月在乌鲁木齐市友谊医院呼吸科明确诊断为咳嗽变异性哮喘的80例患者为研究对象，通过抽签方式随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂（160 μg∶4.5 μg/吸）1吸/次，早晚各1次；观察组在对照组基础上加服苏黄止咳胶囊（0.45 g/粒）3粒/次，3次/d；治疗时间共8周。比较2组患者治疗前后咳嗽症状积分、肺功能指标［用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼吸峰值流量(PEF)］和炎性因子［白细胞介素6（IL-6）、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）］的变化。结果    治疗后，观察组咳嗽症状积分明显低于对照组［（1.34±0.25）分比（2.87±0.65）分］，FVC、FEV1、PEF明显高于对照组［（4.7±0.6）L比（3.0±0.7）L、（4.5±0.4）L比（2.7±0.7）L、（8.7±1.0）L/min比（6.4±0.8）L/min］，IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组［（6.4±1.5）ng/L比（7.7±1.4）ng/L、（7.0±1.5）ng/L比（9.9±1.4）ng/L、（5.5±1.4）ng/L比（8.3±1.5）ng/L］，差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。结论    布地奈德福莫特罗吸入剂联合苏黄止咳胶囊治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果好，可有效减轻患者的咳嗽症状，改良肺通气功能，并降低炎性因子水平。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To explore the curative effect of budesonide and fomoterol inhalation combined with Suhuang cough capsule on cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods    A total of 80 patients diagnosed of CVA in Urumqi Friendship Hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with budesonide and fomoterol(160 μg∶4.5 μg) inhalation, 2 times/d; the observation group took Suhuang cough capsule(0.45 g) 3 pills/time, 3 times/d combined with budesonide and fomoterol inhalation; both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Cough symptom score, pulmonary function indexes［forced vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1), peak expiratory flow(PEF)］ and inflammatory factors［interleukin-6（IL-6）, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α）］ were analyzed. Results    After treatment, cough symptom score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group［（1.34±0.25） vs（2.87±0.65）］; FVC, FEV1 and PEF in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group［（4.7±0.6）L vs （3.0±0.7）L, （4.5±0.4）L vs （2.7±0.7）L, （8.7±1.0）L/min vs （6.4±0.8）L/min］; IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group［（6.4±1.5）ng/L vs （7.7±1.4）ng/L, （7.0±1.5）ng/L vs （9.9±1.4）ng/L,（5.5±1.4）ng/L vs （8.3±1.5）ng/L］(all P＜0.05). Conclusion    Budesonide and fomoterol inhalation combined with Suhuang cough capsule treating cough variant asthma can effectively relieve cough symptom, improve lung function and reduce inflammatory factors.
