参芪消脂方对肥胖ICR小鼠脂代谢的影响

  • 目的    观察参芪消脂方对肥胖ICR小鼠脂代谢的影响。方法    采用高脂喂养方法建立单纯性营养过剩性肥胖小鼠模型,从中完全随机选取小鼠各8只作为模型组和治疗组,另设8只普通饲料喂养ICR小鼠为正常组。正常组和模型组给予与治疗组等量蒸馏水灌胃,治疗组采用参芪消脂方药剂灌胃,干预12周后比较各组肝脏质量、肝脏指数、肝肾功能[丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血尿素氮、血肌酐]、血脂[三酰甘油、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和游离脂肪酸(FFA)]、体脂指标。结果    干预12周后,治疗组肝脏质量、ALT、AST、血尿素氮、血肌酐水平明显低于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05),其中AST的水平接近于正常组;治疗组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、LDL-C、FFA水平明显低于模型组,HDL-C明显高于模型组[(6.8±1.1)mmol/L比(10.2±1.3)mmol/L、(1.48±0.22)mmol/L比(2.05±0.24)mmol/L、(1.32±0.44)mmol/L比(2.06±0.59)mmol/L、(0.73±0.14)mmol/L比(1.00±0.17)mmol/L、(7.9±1.1)mmol/L比(5.6±1.2)mmol/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。干预6周、12周时,模型组小鼠体脂含量高于正常组,治疗组明显低于模型组[(10.3±1.8)%比(13.3±3.5)%、(11.7±2.8)%比(18.3±4.6)%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论    参芪消脂方可以在一定程度上恢复肥胖ICR小鼠肝肾功能,降低肝脏质量和体脂含量,降低血脂水平使之趋向正常,该方在调节血脂方面起到较好的作用。

  • Objective    To observe the effect of Shenqi Xiaozhi decoction on lipid metabolism in ICR obese mice. Methods    ICR mice overfeeding obesity models established by high fat diet were randomly divided into model group and observation group(n=8). Eight ICR mice fed with normal diet were normal group. The normal group and model group had distilled water gavage; the observation group had Shenqi Xiaozhi decoction gavage. Twelve weeks after treatment, liver weight, liver index, liver and kidney function indexes[alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine], blood lipid indexes[triacylglycerol, total cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C), free fatty acid(FFA)] and body fat index were analyzed. Results    Twelve weeks after treatment, liver weight, ALT, AST, blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05); total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, LDL-C and FFA levels in observation group were significantly lower and HDL-C was significantly higher than those in model group[(6.8±1.1)mmol/L vs (10.2±1.3)mmol/L, (1.48±0.22)mmol/L vs (2.05±0.24)mmol/L, (1.32±0.44)mmol/L vs (2.06±0.59)mmol/L, (0.73±0.14)mmol/L vs (1.00±0.17)mmol/L, (7.9±1.1)mmol/L vs (5.6±1.2)mmol/L](P<0.01 or P<0.05). Body fat contents of mice 6, 12 weeks after treatment in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group; body fat contents of mice 6, 12 weeks after treatment in observation group were significantly lower than those in model group[(10.3±1.8)% vs (13.3±3.5)%, (11.7±2.8)% vs (18.3±4.6)%](P<0.01 or P<0.05). Conclusions    henqi Xiaozhi decoction treating ICR obese mice can restore liver and kidney function, reduce liver weight and body fat, and effectively regulate blood lipid.
