桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌相关炎症分子的研究进展

• 桥本甲状腺炎是常见的自身免疫性疾病。甲状腺癌是目前增长最迅速的恶性肿瘤之一。近年来发现甲状腺癌患者合并桥本甲状腺炎的发病率呈上升趋势。桥本甲状腺炎的特征是常伴有淋巴细胞等炎症细胞的浸润，但炎症在甲状腺癌发生中的机制尚未完全明确，可能涉及的炎症分子包括白细胞介素4和白细胞介素10、活性氧、骨桥蛋白、环氧合酶、高敏C反应蛋白等。本文就桥本甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌的相关炎症分子作一综述。

  【Abstract】Hashimoto′s thyroiditis is a common autoimmune disease. Thyroid carcinoma is one of the fastest-growing malignant tumors. Incidence of thyroid carcinoma complicated with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis is on the rise. Hashimoto′s thyroiditis is characterized by inflammatory infiltration. The role of inflammation in thyroid carcinoma remains unclear; interleukin-4, interleukin-10, reactive oxygen species, osteopontin, cyclooxygenase and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein may be involved. This paper reviewed related inflammatory factors in pathogenesis of Hashimoto′s thyroiditis and papillary thyroid carcinoma.
