凶险性前置胎盘诊治研究进展

• 【摘要】凶险性前置胎盘是产科极为凶险的一种病症，其发生率逐年增高，不但增加了剖宫产手术的困难，并且产后出血、子宫切除、副损伤的风险均明显增加，甚至危及母婴的生命安全。本文总结凶险性前置胎盘的发病机制及诊断和治疗方法，探讨如何降低自身发病率，降低手术难度及子宫切除率，减少失血性休克、弥散性血管内凝血及副损伤等相关并发症。

• Advances in diagnosis and treatment of pernicious placenta previa

  【Abstract】Pernicious placenta previa is an extremely dangerous disease in obstetrics; it not only increases the difficulty of cesarean section, but also raises the risks of postpartum hemorrhage and hysterectomy, even endangers the safety of pregnant women and fetuses. Clinical studies focus on methods or means to reduce incidence of pernicious placenta previa, decrease surgical difficulty and hysterectomy rate, prevent hemorrhagic shock and disseminated intravascular coagulation,etc. This paper summarized pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of pernicious placenta previa.
