• 【摘要】由于甲状腺缺乏鳞状细胞，原发性甲状腺鳞状细胞癌十分罕见，但其恶性程度却极高，患者预后极差。目前对于甲状腺鳞状细胞癌的研究较少，诊治方案尚未达成共识。本文主要阐述甲状腺鳞状细胞癌的诊治进展，为原发性甲状腺鳞状细胞癌的临床处理提供参考。

  【Abstract】Primary squamous cell carcinoma of thyroid is a rare malignant disease due to absence of thyroid gland squamous cells, and it has high malignancy and poor prognosis. Studies on diagnosis and treatment of thyroid squamous cell carcinoma have not reached a consensus. This paper reviewed advances in diagnosis and treatment of thyroid squamous cell carcinoma.
