急诊静脉输液处方用药合理性分析

• 【摘要】目的    对急诊静脉输液处方用药进行统计，分析其合理性，促进临床合理应用静脉输液用药，保障患者用药安全。方法    采用回顾性调查方法，抽取吉林大学第一医院2017年1—6月每月第1天急诊处方共4 344张，筛选出静脉输液处方3 568张，对筛选出的静脉输液处方用药情况进行统计及分析，评价其用药合理性。结果    急诊静脉输液处方数占急诊处方数的82.14%（3 568/4 344），急诊儿科静脉输液处方数最多，占50.94%（2 213/4 344）。急诊静脉输液药物中抗菌药物应用最多，其次为抗病毒药注射用单磷酸阿糖腺苷，主要不合理用药情况为依据症状诊断给药，占静脉输液处方数的35.37%（1 262/3 568）。结论    我院急诊静脉输液用药依据症状诊断给药及应用抗菌药物情况较多，存在不合理情况，药师需加强对静脉输液用药的干预，保障患者合理、安全用药。

• Analysis on rational use of emergency intravenous infusion prescriptions

  【Abstract】Objective     To analyze the rational use of emergency intravenous infusion prescriptions. Methods    A retrospective survey was conducted on 4 344 emergency prescriptions selected from the First Hospital of Jilin University on the 1st days from January to June in 2017, including 3 568 prescriptions of intravenous infusion. The rationality of medication was evaluated. Results    Emergency intravenous infusion prescriptions accounted for 82.14% among the total 4 344 prescriptions. Emergency pediatric intravenous infusion rate was the highest, accounting for 50.94%（2 213/4 344）. Antibacterials were the most used drugs, followed by vidarabine monophosphate for injection（antivirotic drug）. Irrational drug use was mainly caused by prescriptions based on symptom diagnosis, accounting for 35.37%（1 262/3 568）. Conclusion    Emergency intravenous infusion prescribed according to symptom diagnosis and wild application of antibiotics are irrational drug use phenomena; pharmacists should strengthen management of intravenous infusion prescriptions to ensure rational and safe use of drugs.
