新诊断2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变与维生素D水平的关系及其危险因素

  • 【摘要】目的    探讨新诊断2型糖尿病患者糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)与血清维生素D水平/维生素D缺乏的关系及其发生可能的危险因素。方法    选取2014年1月1日至2016年12月31日在火箭军总医院内分泌科住院的新诊断2型糖尿病患者110例。依据眼底照相检查结果分为单纯糖尿病组(NDR组,77例)和DR组(33例)。收集患者一般资料、合并疾病及相关实验室检查结果进行统计分析。结果    2组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。DR组与NDR组维生素D水平及维生素D缺乏比例差异无统计学意义[(10±6)μg/L比(10±6)μg/L、90.9%(30/33)比85.7%(66/77)](P>0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示维生素D水平/维生素D缺乏不是DR的危险因素,但年龄、有无糖尿病家族史是DR的危险因素(β值为0.064、1.303,均P<0.05)。结论    新诊断2型糖尿病患者中,DR的发生与年龄、有无糖尿病家族史相关,与维生素D水平或有无维生素D缺乏不相关。

  • Relation between diabetic retinopathy and vitamin D level in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and risk factors of diabetic retinopathy

    【Abstract】Objective     To investigate the relation between diabetic retinopathy(DR) and serum vitamin D level/vitamin D deficiency in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes and risk factors of DR. Methods    Totally 110 newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients who were admitted from January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2016 in Rocket Force General Hospital of Chinese People′s Liberation Army were enrolled. The patients were divided into diabetes group(NDR group, n=77) and DR group(n=33) according to results of fundus photography. Basic clinical data, comorbidities and biochemical parameters were analyzed. Results    There were no significant differences of basic clinical data, serum vitamin D level[(10±6)μg/L vs (10±6)μg/L] and ratio of vitamin D deficiency[90.9%(30/33) vs 85.7%(66/77)] between groups(P>0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin D level and vitamin D deficiency were not related to occurrence of DR(P>0.05); age and family history of diabetes were risk factors of DR (β=0.064, 1.303; P<0.05). Conclusion    In patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes, incidence of DR is associated with age and family history of diabetes but not with vitamin D level and vitamin D deficiency.
